Welcome to Black Country Furniture. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Product Information
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of any content. We reserve the right to make changes to product details, prices, and availability at any time without notice. If you wish to get up to date information such as to match a previously purchase product please contact us.
Ordering and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to make the payment. All orders must be confirmed and placed correctly, if you have ordered incorrectly let us know straight away to avoid delays and possible restocking or material charges.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery times are provided as estimates and are subject to availability. While we strive to meet these estimates, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, for larger quotes or mixed items please contact us as it could save on shipping prices.
All delivers are tailgate and the customer must provide ample access for delivery vehicles. Distant parking, red routes, off-loading delays and inefficient off-loading areas could result in extra delivery fees if these issues are not agreed upon before delivery is made.
Whilst most deliveries are made to the UK mainland and our delivery costs and times are based off of this, we do offer delivery to Non-UK mainland and to EU Countries, contact the office for delivery costs and times.

Shortages and Damages
Notifications of shortages and any visible damage must be advised on your delivery note at time of delivery. You should also contact us immediately, Delivery notes signed ‘Unchecked’ will not be accepted. All other issues must also be made in writing to us within 48hrs of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for damages or shortages if goods are transhipped from the original delivery location.
Ownership of Goods
All products, services and goods provided by Black Country Furniture Ltd remain in our ownership until payment has been made in full.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Black Country Furniture or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without our permission.
Cancellations
As a manufacturer and distributor we cannot accept returns without our written consent as material, production and shipping could occur immediately after purchase. Accepted cancellations automatically attract a 25% re-stocking charge plus appropriate carriage charges.
Warranty
Every product carries a warranty usually seen on the product page. The warranty excludes fair wear and tear and neglect or misuse of the items. If the items have issue or failure within the warranty period please contact us immediately and remove the item from use/situ. We reserve the right to inspect, request photographic evidence or request the return of items for examination before a verdict is reached.
Stock
We endeavour to hold stock of products however this is subject to availability. If you are in desperate need of items, or feel the delivery time may cut close to your own time requirements, feel free to contact us and ask about stock levels, lead times and alternatives.
